Parcel Open Check means you can ask the courier to allow you to open the parcel and verify the contents before you pay. This protects you from receiving a wrong or damaged item.

How to Use Parcel Open Check

• When the courier arrives, politely request to open the parcel before paying.
• Check that the product matches your order (model, color, accessories).
• Inspect for any visible damage or missing items.
• If everything is correct, proceed with payment.
• If there is an issue, do not pay and contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

• Parcel Open Check is available on all COD orders.
• Once payment is made, the order is considered accepted.
