Every product sold on Horus.com.pk comes with a Seller Warranty backed directly by us. This is our commitment to your satisfaction.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by physical damage or misuse.
  • Screen or display issues that are factory-related.
  • Battery performance issues within the warranty period.

Warranty Period

  • All Master Copy iPhones & Samsung devices: 7-day replacement warranty from date of delivery.
  • Smart Watches & Accessories: 3-day replacement warranty from date of delivery.

What is NOT Covered

  • Physical damage (cracked screen, dents, water damage).
  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Issues arising after the warranty period.

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp within the warranty period.
  2. Share your order number and a video/photo of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and guide you through the replacement or repair process.
