1. Product Disclosure
All products sold on Horus.com.pk are non-original, non-Apple-manufactured smartphones. They are commonly referred to as master copy, Turkish copy, first copy, or American copy iPhones. These are not genuine Apple products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by Apple Inc. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept this.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
- All orders are dispatched on a Cash on Delivery basis. No advance payment is required.
- Payment is made directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
- COD is available nationwide across Pakistan including all major and secondary cities.
- By placing a COD order, you commit to being available to receive and pay for the parcel.
- Repeated refusals or non-availability may result in your number being blocked from future COD orders.
3. Order Confirmation
- After placing your order, our team will call or WhatsApp you within a few hours to confirm.
- If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
- Please ensure your phone number is correct and active when ordering.

5. Parcel Open Check Policy
You have the right to open and inspect your parcel in front of the courier before making payment. If the seal is broken, the box is damaged, or the product does not match your order, you may refuse delivery at no cost. Once you accept and pay, the delivery is considered complete.

6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout. We periodically offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional periods. Check the product page or contact us for current shipping rates.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong items. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

8. Warranty

9. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery instead.
- Repeated cancellations or refusals may result in future order restrictions.
10. Limitation of Liability
Horus Traders is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
